I used the output side to test, and amplifier does work plays fine even with issues noted, but should be repaired. One resistor looks like it has gotten quite hot, and one capacitor slightly bulged, maybe was that way the whole time. The RCA input on one channel is loose so it would cut in and out with movement of the plug.
