The amplifier comes in factory box, with manual which as I posted pics of, can tell you best con fig. This, when bridged properly will easily and safely put out well over the 500 watts listed on sub-woofer channel.
Treo engineering ssp1000 it features multiple protection modes. It also has a low pass, as well high pass crossover built in, both of which are customization via the controls on amp.
