I came to the conclusion that somebody hooked up positive and negative cables in reverse blew out polarity protection circuit.
I usually ship the same day or next of purchase. I removed the main protection diode off of board, and started pulling MOFSET clamps in order to pull board from heat sink. I think all the MOFSETS are good if remember things correctly, and I m pretty sure he just needs a diode to be repaired. So I bought this amplifier for parts a few months ago and got into trouble shooting it just don't have the time to fix so I m going sell make some space.
