Both original plugs included. Made in the USA 1997. It makes a bit more power than the P41 but its housed in smaller heat sink because it has two less channels. This is one of the rarer model's.

It is missing the little cap for 24db/12db slope control button. I would say that this is the sub woofer from P-Series line because they never made a mono Amplifier. Great overall cosmetic condition. Everything works wonderfully.

You can still push the button in and out like others. No chipping paint, no bubbling, rust. Its just a small black plastic cap thing that covers the end of button. This does not affect the functionality at all.
