I can't test it but can tell you this. The box is dirty as you can see in pic but pre-amplifier all good condition. So this is new old stock my father in law sold these back the day and was I found out storage area of his barn.

Anyway, I think the pics say rest. I have sold several of these in the past few months and not had anyone say they didn't work.
