Of course this was made by ppi precision power in early 90s for Mtx as they were a speaker company at the time looking to compete against Orion hoc amps. I purchased it new, has been bench tested and never installed. You'll find in many forums that the was a promos 25 circuit board.
This is a piece from my collection and know that its fully functional in every way pristine condition. Mtx sticker. Rated power 25 watts x 2 RMS.
