Sorry, no ending the offer early. It has all hex bolts to hold the battery cables.

They are of actual item for sale. It is missing the 4 bottom bolts for sides please look at last 2 pictures I opened and looks good.

I rather be safe and not burn it by trying something wrong. It is preowned, used, and shows normal signs of light wear,but I don't see anything that would prevent from working. What you see is get.
