3. Horrible seller. Took three weeks to ship incorrect item. Item was advertised as new but sent me a very used and old thermostat. Item was discolored had sheet rock and old paint still attached to it and freyed wires from being hooked up previously. Best offer was higher than what I recently paid for other new ones. I have sent several messages to this seller with no response. I started a return with and he responded by saying that he would send out the correct item on Monday, didnt happen. 01-30-24
