Details:
The end product is a brand new looking and performing amp. Was then fully tested with simulated signal and scope burn in testing a Rockford 12 hx2 sub woofer at 2 ohm. I also removed old heat sink grease and cleaned board. This is a beautiful amp.
This thing looks brand new. The heat sink is like new condition mint. This gets disassembled, cleaned, and repaired. Cosmetic condition is now a 10 out.
Final product is an awesome amp. Heat sink gets cleaned, repainted, and resurface to like new condition. This is a Rockford fosgate power bd500 mono series amp. I also cleaned the gold power terminals, replaced set screws with new, rca connectors and applied new thermal grease.
Is reassembled, new thermal grease, and then the tinning begins.
